Yash is an Intellectual Property lawyer specializing in securing and protecting Intellectual Property rights of businesses across various industries, including e-commerce, FMCG, entertainment, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Wilson College, University of Mumbai and further completed his LL.B from Gr. Noida College of Law, Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and began his law practice primarily focusing on Intellectual Property Law. He has handled various IP portfolios of numerous businesses assisting them in enforcing their Intellectual Property rights and innovations.

Yash has actively assisted in IP Prosecution work where he was focused on handling Trade Marks, Designs & Copyright matters from inception till disposal. He has also handled Litigation cases assisting in drafting, preparing, and filing of pleadings, preparing for arguments and managing cases listed before various District Courts & High Court of Delhi.
